The Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) has announced the finalists for the 2011 Christian Book Awards. Fiction nominees include titles from Chris Fabry, Gina Holmes, T.L. Higley, Mindy Starns Clark and Joel C. Rosenberg. Details here!
Production begins on big-screen Hobbit
At long last, production has begun in New Zealand on the big screen adaption of The Hobbit. J.R.R. Tolkien's timeless classic will be adapted into a two-film epic by Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson. The two films are set to hit the multiplex in 2012 and 2013.
